Hello, Can you tell me, you autoclave phytohormones and vitamins (for example Zeatin, 2IP, Kinetin) together with a nutrient solution or inject them separately through filtration?

You can autoclave kinetin and autoclave 2ip for one cycle, however, zeatin is heat sensitive so you have to filter sterilize it before adding it to the autoclaved media.

Are you able to culture Strongylodon macrobotrys?

We have never cultured it in our labs. It's endemic to the Philippines. So, do you work on this plant?

I performed apical meristem culture in 1989. Some things don't change.

There is a company on the east coast that does a “embryo rescue” for really old cannabis seeds that have a hard time germinating. Do u know how to do that by any chance?

No. Francisco does not work with Cannabis plants generally. Though we have a cannabis tissue culture masterclass coming up on 16th December, led by Bill Graham (an expert in Cannabis culturing and founder of microclone).
