@@TheShawnMosch Ok Shawn ! Welcome. Hey... on that PlanetFLame heat press.. have you figured put that the knob on the top in the back is how you change the pressure. It looks like its part of set up but its the pressure adjuster.

Shawn I'm frustrated. I got brand new cricut, I can't get my first cut to go. Said load your fine needle in clamp B, it is in there but I go to push load n I get nothing. Won't let me pass the 2nd stage. But needle is in

Which machine is it? What are you trying to cut? Does it give you any error messages on the screen? Are you on the computer or mobile app?

@@TheShawnMosch Machine Explore 3, no don't see a error. Just when i go to push load nothing happens. Maybe i need to push up left on matt. I am trying to cut first project. Won't let me see text cut screen for first small cut. I made profile with other laptop wasn't compatible so when i logged in now just takes me to first project screen but i get to load fine needle and i push load and nothing happens. I am on laptop thru the USB.

@@___Mac____ so you are trying to load the mat but it is not pulling the mat into the machine when you hit the load button? Try holding on the the back end of the mat and making sure it is up tight into the guides. Then hold it like that and hit the load button . . . the Cricut should grab the mat and pull it in.

I called the people did a video chat. My load button isn't working. So they are sending new one. I'll get to my projects some year haha
