Looks like the same wok that is available at restaurant supply, amazon and eBay. It’s 14 inch, round bottom and make sure the handle looks like this one. I gave $14-16 US for mine. It is same one. Very good wok. Make sure you season correctly.

Sorry for the delayed response. Covid has consumed all my free time while I focused my attention at work. Please take this with a grain of salt (no pun intended!). People say don't use soap to clean it but the way I clean it is immediately after use while it's still hot as this seems the easiest to scrub out what's stuck on the wok. I use soap and hot water, scrub and rinse. The important part is to put it back in the stove and heat it until it smokes again to get rid of any leftover water. Finally, I put a few drops of cooking oil and wipe it with a towel or paper napkin as this will prevent it from rusting. Again, I'm a total newbie but this has worked for me. 🙂

Dude either move your trolley near the table or vice versa. Oil not hot enough and soaking it all up. How many times are you going to use that oil? That’s actually illegal in restaurant kitchens.

How can you think this could possibly be useful? You don’t discuss ingredients used or your thinking in your preparation. The idea here is not just to demonstrate what you can do but to teach others what they can do. Poor judgment in developing this.
