This is a fun challenge! Hard of hearing, even with full volume and ear plugs, I can't hear you. So, on with the subtitles, arch and flatten becomes urchin platinum! On my front, I have to remove my specs and your movements are hidden by the subtitles. Hopefully I managed some of the movements correctly, immediate effect is aching shoulders and right s i joint, so time will tell!

Hi Helen, sorry you can't hear it so well. I have a purchased new mic, so sound will be vastly improved in next videos. The subtitles are automatically generated by KZbin, I will amend them when I get a chance. Perhaps follow the Daily Routine video instead, the sound is better and it covers the same movements more or less. If shoulders are sore use the Shoulder Sequence video below. @Learn Somatics thanks Colm. I enjoy all your videos, do at least one every day. Sound is vastly improved on more recent videos, thanks so much. Somatics keeps me away from a spinal fusion, with only 60% success rate.
