Brilliant! I really felt where my strengths and weaknesses were in those diagonal muscles. I'm hoping to balance out the those dominant muscles which I believe are causing me pain. I will be adding this to my daily routine. Respect and gratitude.

Your content has been very beneficial for myself. Thank you. I feel i should say also that your very relaxed nature and also being a man, in that combination resonates very positively. In some current media spheres a positive healing male role model is sorely needed but actively suppressed. Thank you brother 🙏

Appreciate it Sir. 🙏 This type of Somatics (Hanna Somatics) was developed by a man as it happens. Thomas Hanna. Pick up his book 'Somatics' it's a great accompaniment to these videos.

this is great. for me I have some internal muscles that just don't budge much. Subluxation in left back ribs. it was better but this made it a bit worse. Part of my back is more comfortable but ath doesn't :( I also can't get my arms down like you do, they lift up unless I press them down and that is uncomfortable. My lower back is so extended I couldn't really get my tail to go up like that nor my hips down. This one was pretty tough for me. My knees kept going up too when I tried to lift the hips and tail. But really this is just me, I think for most people this would bring a lot of relief without the strange side-effects.

Now my front of my body feels uncomfortable!? Can you share the differences in body physics, if that's the correct word, on the front ,back ,sides ,

The movement at the 9:46 i was doing before and my hips on right became so sore, i stopped , then i realized i had my new up in a constructive rest , position, but you had your legs extended. PS would or could that cause my hips to be sore.?

Wow .ir seems some moves feel difficult i don't even want to finish , very condusing that means i need this

If you have tightness in the front of your body this one is not going to be easy. Focus on curling and startle movements instead followed by rotation/twisting.
