I’m a lot like Abbie when it comes to sensory touching and closeness with others, I don’t mind hugs, I cling when I’m scared or I’m not sure of my surroundings, and when I’m emotional I get extremely clingy. I love to sit and hold hands with my husband, for comfort and closeness. You are right, the spectrum is made of many differences.

You can always judge the kindness of a family by how they treat their animals, who have no voice. You guys take great care of them and love them and they return the love and gratitude for being rescued. I can see sadness in Isaiah’s eyes as he’s holding his cat. Please be assured Isaiah she will be waiting for you and will see you soon.

I love how u addressed about how Abbie likes being touched but not all people who have autism do. Anyone I have known before finding your channel would always pull away or have a meltdown if they were to b touched. I personally don’t have anyone (that Ik in my family with it) Ik with it but I love getting the education behind every medical condition I can 1. Cause of my previous medical/CNA background 2. Cause I always brought my 2 boys up to never stare or judged a person try to understand and care for people who r different (which happy to say both my boys will stick up for anyone who gets picked on) 3. So I can understand each condition so if I ever come into contact with a person with that condition whether just in passing or if they need help I can better understand how to interact. So TY SO MUCH for all the educational info I have received from your family. I truly love u all!!

I have been catching up on videos (I like to binge your videos haha). And I have been so mad about all the hate you guys have been getting from 2020 to now....and this video, watching yall walk Abbie through the house and be so in tune with her every need was amazing. I don't know how anyone could ever accuse you of anything but loving your daughter. When she was scared, she clung to Asa and Cilla...she didn't try to get away from them. They are her security. It's a psychology thing. If you're being abused or harmed by someone, you arent going to run to them for security when you are anxious or scared. Abbie CLEARLY sees her parents as her security blanket and clings to them when she needs them most 💜

Daniel Thurber Every autism child is different. What is difficult for one child it’s not difficult for another. And that floorplan if you look at their older videos it’s not too much different than the one she had before they moved there. She just like area that she can run laps in and she has two at this house where she only had one of the other.
@T.D.84 жыл бұрын
My daughter has rhe floor pattern and floor transition issues as well. I actually use bright red masking tape along my steps, so when my daughter looks down the steps, there is the contrast of the bright red tape right at the edge to help show where the step ends. It's depth perception, sensory related, and stuff. You have a sense called proprioception that deals with knowing where your body is in space... it can be a struggle with sensory processing disorder.
@T.D.84 жыл бұрын
@@caroljulian6505 the issue is not with the floor plan (as in where rooms are in relation to others). It's with the patterns on the floor. Where tile transitions to wood plank, more what the floor looks like than how the rooms are laid out.
