Hey Nora. I know it's a late-comment but I just wanted you to know that you're still an enormous inspiration to all of your fans. Every single time I see a TikTok or KZbin video by you I think about what's possible in my future: You're leading a remarkable life that many of us aspire to, and we're all behind you!

Hey Nora. Sorry JPL didn't work out. Not everyplace is right for everyone. Please keep in mind times, situations and places all change. What was once a poor fit may one day become tailor made. You are a brilliant, talented, passionate and enthusiastic communicator. Beside, I hear space is pretty big. Surely there is a spot created just for you. I can hardly wait to see what you do next. Thanks for thinking enough of us to provide an update. All the best to you. Keeping my eyes peeled for another post.

Aww, so sorry to hear that, sending hugs from England! I also have anxiety problems and find it hard working with a lot of people at the same time. But it's right to move on if it's not working. You have your degree and the experience on your side, along with your wonderful talent for talking Space! Everything will work out! 😊😸

You’re such an inspiration, as a woman, as a joyful person who expresses her passion for science to the world in a way that makes it accessible, and as a person navigating her career. You’re an asset wherever you go. Find or create the place that brings you the joy you spread to others. It isn’t ever worth compromising your physical or mental health to be stuck in a bad situation.

It's ok, Nora. Even though this one wasn't a fit, you already are and will continue to be a success. Your videos played a part in my journey to leave an industry that wasn't a fit for me and pursue a job in space. I landed that job 6 months ago and it's been great! So thank you for your impact- I'm sure you have impacted many others too!

Takes a lot of courage to recognise quickly that something isn't working. Working at a massive organisation is not for everyone (definitely not for me!). Take your time, don't rush it. you have an amazing talent and skill that the world needs. I know because I was researching IAU constellations and this is where I eneded up because no one else has covered them in such a fun and insightful way. Amazing videos you are putting together. A new path will reveal itself for you soon enough, I have zero doubt

Oh wow. 6 months goes by pretty fast. What was your actual job there? What type of job do you want to do? That should be the 1st question you ask yourself.

Nora. I'm sure the decision wasn't easy. But I applaud your courage and awareness to stay true to yourself and find the best fit for you. Thank you for being so honest on camera and it shows how uneasy this is for you. I'm a billion % sure you're gonna find something to put your passion and enthusiasm towards. xx Also a 10/10 and a five star review for the finacee.

Aww I'm sorry Nora the JPL job isn't working for you. Don't be too hard on yourself. Offer yourself some applause for seizing the opportunity. Consider yourself lucky the oppritunity wasn't taken away from you through no fault of your own. Upon graduating high school, I wanted to enlist in the Navy. I passed the ASVAB and wanted to start a career as an intelligence specialist. Unfortuatly for me I was denied enlistment. My grandfather told me that if I was meant to serve in the Navy, then it would be so. It wasn't the path I was meant to follow. You are an intelligent, driven young woman. You are passionate about astronomy, astrophysics and science. The world needs more people like you. Perhaps it's time for you to start passing on what you've learned to a younger generation? I'm not saying to become a teacher or professor. Your path is yours to walk. You have a natural talent for presentation. Possibilities are endless and I along with your community. Will support whatever you decide to do next. Keep your chin up and good luck.
