I attended a breast feeding workshop before my baby was born, they invited a couple of new mum's to come and give you their experience. They both gave a 'positive' story. After my baby was born I was asked to be one of the Mum's. I started off saying, "everyone tells you it's easy and painless, but when the baby latches on it's toe curling agony and you do an impression Hannibal Lechter's flava beans speech. BUT stick with it for 10 days and i promise it gets really easy". The mid wife wasnt amused but i bumped into 2 of the Mum's a few months later and one said "I'm so glad you said that, it was absolutely true and if it wasnt for what you said I'd have given up in a week". Well done for pushing through and being honest, it may encourage others to do the same.

Happy you're all home, safe and content. So sorry you had to go thru that scare, Sara but that beautiful face of hers makes you forget everything. Seeing the baby start to fuss, to seconds later looking like, she just found the best place on earth to be (besides when she's eating), is the best advertisement they could ask for. Seeing the change of expression on her face was precious. Thank you to Inglesina for making baby luce so happy.

I am so relieved to see you looking so much better. You sure "went through the wringer" getting luce born and both of you healthy. Nice work, Luca, putting together the cabinet and changing table and swing. Babies sure need a lot of "stuff". Your garden will be coming along nicely soon. Good that you were able to graft the cherries onto your tree. "Our" artichokes are looking wonderful. Hug the baby for me. Mummy and Daddy too.

Love the swing with the classical music. It is important that she hears the music to enhance her ear for music. She seemed so content in that swing. A wonderful product. Love the cabinets you installed in the bathroom. Looks so good! Baby girl has grown so much since your last video. Can’t wait till next week to see more growth of that beautiful miracle.

Good to see you all home and settling in as a family! So sweet that you planted a tree for your sweet little girl. She will love that when she gets older! The breastfeeding does get easier and it’s free! It’s hard to stick with it when it’s such a rough start but you did it! The garden is looking good and hopefully Luca can save some of the avocados! I think you can save your Avocado trees, clip off the dead part and seal the cuts with wax or tree tape, those sprouts will grow, that made me think of the Coconut tree you two planted in Mexico, I hope to one day see you return with Luche and show her that tree and share your adventures with her. 🌴🥥

You guys look so tired! Don’t worry, this stage passes quickly! Just take the time to sleep and relax and enjoy your beautiful baby! Trust me, this stage (being an infant) passes in the blink of an eye so take lots of pictures and really be intentional about enjoying this time as a new family! So precious!!!

Sara you look radiant, mothering agrees with you. Luca you are a great gardener, grafting those cherry branches is brilliant. Be careful with certain flowers in your home with a newborns. Lilies are very toxic to my breathing as are lilacs and chrysanthemums. Your place in the mountains will be so healthy for raising Luce, I can see her with her hands in the dirt helping you both with your gardens. You two are so cute, I think you would rather just watch your beautiful girl sleep than to work. Your sleeping girls are such treasures Luca. My husband is the same with instructions, before you tube he just would wing it, haha. Luce is so alert and seeing you both and you can see on her face that she loves the swing, great gift.
