@@leaw I saw that one today. I really enjoyed watching you guys work on your home. Luca did such a good job with all the screws and metal strips and sealing. And you guys really did a great job with the silver paint & even oiling the wood. And I loved the way you opened up the little cactus fruit and cut it in half and tasted it, so cute. You guys are so sweet and adorable! And your earthy wildness is refreshing. I often put a Link to your Channel when I am on a Channel where people are discussing with each other about their favorite travel vloggers by name, and I always recommend "Hey, you should check out 'Leave Everything & Wander', a foxy couple from Italy, Sara & Luc. They are so earthy and wild." And by the way, to attract many, many views, a shot of Sara in those cut offs, put that in your thumbnail photo on your next video and I guarantee you will get many, many thousands of views. Studies have been done on that.... I think you will find something that you will like better to put on the hood, it will come to you. Like a World Globe in color that looks good with silver and white, like just the right shades of purple, ultraviolet, lavender or lapis blue and turquoise. ... my kinda campin' !! ... Luca, have a look to be sure you do not have something unhappy happening... when traversing uneven ground, your driver-side bumper is moving with the suspension dramatically (not the passenger side) and you can see the separation vary greatly by observing the gap between the bumper and the trim under the driver-side headlamp. Something is not right (this should not be happening) ... observe at 1:44 - 47 and again at 10:26 - 30 in this vid. Sorry 'n Cheers ~ S

its no the only desert. we have the desert of la Guajira, north of santa marta. that desert is more like sand dunes and bushes right next to the sea, its the biggest desert,. the desert of tatacoa is the 2nd biggest in colombia and completly different landscape as its the beginig of the mezizo colombiano.. right above where the cordillera of the andes bcomes 3. great video btw... i just watched your Amazon special and decided to see the videos of my home country of colombia and you have not disapointed at all. thank you.... i started watching you about 4 months ago with your videos of finding your dream property in sisilia, and then i watch when luce was born and then the videos of lukas stroke. now back to these videos.. sending you 3 so much love and hope luka is well.

These cacti had really interesting flowers that had a chili pepper shaped fruit under them. The goats wandering around the desert loved to eat these. I did a Google search and this is what came up it showed a picture of the cactus and the fruit that you showed so I guess they are readable. I can't remember the name of the fruit but my brother in law used to have cactuses in his yard and they grew of red fruit that you peeled and it was like sugar anyway save a couple would take him to the town and see what people say if you can eat them and now god bless stay safe stay strong stay healthy✌❤✝💪👍🎅🤙🚍🚌

Have you done a lasagna recipe episode? It appears every Italian i ask tells me to just buy it frozen in a store. Over a decade ago i paid $50 for a serving at a restaurant in Chicago ( USA) and it was absolutely incredible and worth it incomparrison to frozen $4 ones. I hated their meatballs, however. I have no idea what they mixed in. I do no not like lamb. And i tend to like beef only meatballs. Another great video btw!

If you are ever so inclined to make lasagne, you can also make it in a crockpot. And using homemade sauce is preferred.

@@hildadimarco8154 Yeah surely. But what's the recipe??? And id rather do traditional with the layers in an oven although one could layer in a crockpot. The sause color in Chicago was orange. Vs frozen crap is very red including other restaurants I've ordered. I know making your own pasta is a given.... What POPPED was the sauce and meat flavor and the meat wasnt like the nasty tasting meatballs.

@@zippitydodaday6037 I've not made my own pasta before, but recipes I've seen look fairly simple. As for sauce, San Marzano tomatoes are best. Otherwise any plum tomato. I've been using a dry aged beef hamburg to put in my sauce. I found a local farm that sells it. I'll pull the crockpot recipe and put it up for you. I imagine google would provide numerous recipes as well. I like the traditional as well but sometimes I like to change things up.

@@hildadimarco8154 I would appreciate to see your recipe. :) Im aware of the rave over those tomatoes in a can you mentioned. Im thinking this restaurant used an orange tomato. I am a home gardener ( well use to be until living in my camper van) and ive grown many types of heirlooms not sold in stores. White tomatoes, orange, red, yellow and purple ones. Each type has a different flavor. So the tomatoes is the key ingredient. And the spices along with it. Aged meat makes a lot of sense if they used this for the price of the serving. I once ate at Mortons ( in USA) about 15 years ago and my tiny steak serving cost $55 and they go through a mold process with their steaks. I assume this is what you mean by with aged meat? Well, it was the best steak i ever tasted. And it was oven or pan cooked. Beside their steak charcoal cooked is my favorite. As far as fresh homemade pasta, it is a world of difference. If one wants to go the extra miles.... Do it!

@@zippitydodaday6037 I like fresh tomatoes for sauce, not canned. But will use canned in a pinch. With the dry aging process for beef, I don't believe there's mold? They hang the cleaned carcass in a temperature/humidity controlled room for days to dehydrate it. As it loses moisture, the process causes tendons to breakdown. This brings out the nutty flavor. For this lasagne recipe, I can't take credit for it. I was looking for something for my crockpot one summer so i wouldn't heat up my kitchen lol. Its designed for a small slow cooker/crockpot (1 1/2 -3 quart size)
