I had initially entered just wanting this beard to be no more but soon found myself getting a haircut, covered with a face mask and getting the full Lebanese makeover experience.

I agree with Luke on supporting locals and agreeing to pay a bit of a tourist price. But I don't agree with the comments saying it's a fair price since they are comparing the price to their local economy. Let's break down the events of the video. First he said shave 50k. Then said haircut 120k (so 170k), then he offered a face mask didn't say price. Then said 300k (so face mask is 130k) then said 350k (so inflation went up 50k) then waxxed his ears and said 500k (so 150-200k to wax the ears, 3 to 4 times the shave cost). That's the issue. $25USD (if that's the translation) is fine but that's not at all how the session started. Just felt it had to be said lol

@@aseriesoftriangleswecalltr6065 not true, Luke literally just uploaded another barber video from Iran I think where the barber was honest which Luke and his friend Mac rewarded for his honesty and fun experience since he was genuine. Again I'm all for locals getting paid more especially since these youtubers are making money off them as well but honesty is important. You can't justify someone lying because "tourist have money". That's foolish.
