Gruden saying to Cam that he doesn’t know how to call/switch plays in the huddle. Randomly saying terminology like Spider Wide 2 Banana etc. Cam Newton handle it well and giggle at Gruden. This was coded language during that qb camp segment of the terrible stereotype that African Americans/ Black People can not play the qb position. Every time I mention this video and Jon Gruden all my football friends would look at me weird and crazy. Glad I was right. So long Jon ‘that’s football” Gruden
