Something to note about Jamal Murray is that a good chunk of those games that they lost without him they were also without Jokic because they would cycle rest games together earlier in the season, that and the fact that most teams decide not to play too hard when they have a top 2 or 3 player out as to not risk pushing anything over a single win in the regular season, I don't think the with or without Murray thing is that much of a problem. But without him I definitely wouldn't be nearly as confident in Denver regardless, though even without him I'm not sure if there is any team I would straight up pick over them.

Actually great strategy to Rest or have minutes restriction for key players 1-3 weeks before playoffs so certain players can play through Postseason at 100%. NBA season injures and wears even the best players down. I know fans don’t like it and complain, but if they want star players to be healthy and play at their best, they have to live w it.

Nick said that sometimes your case as a defensive player is made by how your team plays when you're not on the floor. Not sure if this is still the case, but I heard a stat a few weeks ago that when Wemby is on the floor the Spurs are rated FIRST in defense, and when he's off the floor they're rated LAST. I know it's hard to pick a rookie to win DPOY because no rookie has ever done it, but it seems Wemby deserves it.
