Excellent, thanks to this video I managed to solve my problems . ( clicking sound of loose spokes). Saved me bringing it to the bike shop ( long waiting list ) and saved me 75 CHF. Just observing the exposed threads ( a little more difficult mine were black and not silver) helped tremendously. Tightening is counter-clockwise. I don't know why Chatgpt said otherwise. Thanks again.

I got to the awesome trick with the zip tie for truing the rim, and thought "this guy sounds like he knows his stuff". Thanks for all the detailed videos! Your content on this model has convinced me that the XP 2.0 is the perfect way to dip my toes into ebikes!

Thanks for the tips. Purchased my tool at my local bike shop. They started stocking the blue ones specifically for ebikes. I'm lucky and my local shop helps everyone regardless where the bike came from or how much it cost

Thanks for a great video. Very well explained, I've been working on regular bikes for decades but just bought an ebike and needed a bigger spoke wrench. Thanks for the link, now I know what to buy!

The first thing a person needs to remember is that if the tool is labelled "Park Tool," it's probably overpriced.

Appreciate the comments about not being able to source replacement spokes. The lack of parts is the biggest concern I have with buying any ebike like this, especially since the local shop has a stated policy that discourages you from bringing in a bike for service if they didn't sell it. I do get the reason why they would have concerns but it's not their fault if parts aren't available.

My wife brought me the Lectric ebike for Christmas I had it for 6 months a spoke broke and I contacted the company for help with a replacement pack of spoke they never got back with me they are not a good company.

I just had to replace 3 spokes on my rear tire on my 2.0. I contacted Lectrics customer service email and asked where I could buy replacements( because its impossible to find 128mm spokes) and they immediately sent me an email and said you can buy replacements through Lectric themselves via email. I've not had a single bad experience with their customer service though

Thanks for another great video, I put hydraulic brakes on my XP2.0 , on the front wheel the caliber is barely rubbing some spokes. Maybe tightening the spokes on the opposite side could help. I would love your opinion on that. Thanks. You have helped make my XP a lot nicer.

I had a stick flip up into the spokes while riding and snapped one of my spokes on the rear wheel right at the J bend. Does anyone have a good link to buy the specific 12G (2.6mm) 128mm long spokes for the XP 2.0?

I asked Lectric support what the nipple size is on the XP 3.0 and they told me it was 4.2mm. I looked up the Park Tool SW-3 and it's for a 12 gauge 3.96mm nipple size. Is the nipple size different between the XP 2.0 and XP 3.0 or are they the same? Does your SW-3 (blue) wrench fit the XP 3.0 nipple?🤔

Great video. But just makes me wonder again for the 10 x ∞ times why 1. Few solid wheels like on moped to deal with motor torque. 2. Start with motorcycle tires on Electric road bikes, like cargo bikes. Would free up so much work that is done way to often on electric bikes. You tend to use an E-bike way more often and for longer distances. So if you build them to old bike standards you just constantly have to work on them. I got a new E-bike recently and in less than a week I had a 100 miles on it. My old E-bike I put 6000+ miles in a year. Had to replace tires multiple times, brake pads, broken spokes and motor burned out. (battery still good!) Make them more DURABLE please!

Just a suggestion: consider saving all of these vids with the aim of producing a DVD on servicing each common brand of e-bikes! There are probably THOUSANDS of Lectric owners who would pay twenty bucks for a DVD collection of your instructional videos and simple tips of wisdom from all of your bike repair experience! You cannot sell it directly from the Tube but you CAN link to your website somewhere and sell directly from there. Thanks!..........................elsullo

Being stupid, I followed your link and ordered the green wrench because it was the cheapest. I didn't realize that the colors represented different sizes. You might want to point that out.
