The focusing system is a patented product. That’s why you don’t see on any other (legitimate) manufacturers!

Worth getting the signature over this?
@ledtorchshop3 жыл бұрын
Hey! It depends on what you're looking for in a torch, as well as budget. If the Signature is within your budget, it is going to give you more performance as well as a red light function and extra lighting modes such as Strobe and SOS. If these aren't necessary for you, the Core is still an amazing torch. Hope this helps :)

Entry level ? I paid nearly $200 and you just throw in an entry level comment? It's a beast flashlight man...

Its a Led Lenser, they are piss weak and badly overpriced. A light this size and a 21700 battery and they can only get 10seconds at 1400 lumens is hilarious. Their lumen ratings are well below the competition, their run times are well below and their "focus system" is not efficient at projecting light hence why none of the bigger flashlight companies do it.

@@Andiwaslikeomgwtf I've owned a P7.2 since around 2011. Rock solid flashlight and ive dropped it pretty hard a number of times over the years (plently scuffs, dings and scratches on mine). has seen many packs of rechargeable AAAs in its lifetime. Ive had to clean the contacts out 2 or 3 times over the years. Its been a part of my daily carry since i got it. Bummed that they dont include the belt pouches in the box anymore. Currently looking to get a lithium version now and hand my old model down to someone in my family. Light output is one thing but for me having something reliable far outweighs that. Id assume the LEDs in these torches arnt driven to their max spec in order to get a better life span out of them.

@@happyknife8785you obviously never owned one. I had one that lasted 10 years and took 3 AAA batteries there one of the best
Stick with Ledlenser, had a trustfire,olight,manker,nitecore all manuals are chinese/mandarin .. quality is bad. Ledlenser is better quality good warranty etc.
@happyknife87852 жыл бұрын
Led Lenser are far below all those brands, they have no clue how to make a product that projects light, build quality good but can't make a good light to save their lives hence why no real flashlight websites sell them except this mob who aren't too knowledgeable. All those brands you've mentioned all make far better products so not sure what you're on about.

Crap idea not to use USB C - what kind of universality is that? Lose the specific cable and the torch is useless - used to be a fan of LED now going over to Nitcore due to the charging cable
@PresidentEvil2 жыл бұрын
nitecore sucks ass they can't even make variable focus like ledlenser
@imransyed81922 жыл бұрын
@@PresidentEvil I always preferred Ledlenser and particularly the flood to spot focus but not using USB C is a mistake. All preppers and the just in casers want universal redundancy - a proprietary charging cable isn’t useful
@PresidentEvil2 жыл бұрын
@@imransyed8192 i guess this light is not for edc or preppers, btw the battery can be taken out and and charged on your own usb-c battery charger
@SaifulIkram9 ай бұрын
Olight has losing some market shares for using the proprietary charging systems and batteries on some models. Stick to the C-type charging and you're good to go.
