@metalgeniusjoe5602 What's "funny" about it?? Don't misunderstand me, I personally think Led Zeppelin and perhaps the Who were in the top 3 -- the Beatles, again being # 1. And when I was in high school in the 1970's i.e., class of "79" I actually liked the Who and Led Zep more than the Beatles. But over time I actually came to the conclusion that the Beatles were better than both of them. But hey, to each their own. So Merry Christmas and Peace Out Bro.

As a teenager, when listening to this song I always had the image of Jimmy dressed in black with flame sleeves, hair in his face and sitting playing the guitar, but I didn't remember that when I was little, around 7 or 8 years old, I had seen the concert ( played on VHS-Video Home System) with my dad. While in college I looked for LZ concerts and found him. This year, more than ever, I returned to LZ and here I am commenting on this song that I love, it makes me cry and that my brain has never been able to forget. I LOVE you Robert and Jimmy!!

When I saw Led Zeppelin in 1969 at Milwaukee county stadium on summer night they had an impromptu concert and a friend and I were lucky enough to get right up front of the stage and watched Jimmy Page play with the violin bow, and they played almost every song off their first LP...Tickets were $10 and under 100 people in the audience. A rare opportunity in my senior high school year.

I loved and still love how they could go from crashing bluesy rock to this, all in one album or live show. Pound for pound, inch for inch, still my most favorite band of all time. LZ II is where I started. Jimmy changed my life and is the reason I ended up playing guitar for the last 30 years or so…Saw Robert do some of LZ’s songs in Golden Gate Park a few years back during one the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festivals…definitely some magical moments that day!!
