The percussion _crash_ at 0:22 gives me chills every single time. This is easily the best cover of "Copperhead Road" that's ever been recorded, and it's not even close. It typifies everything that's great about Southern rock. The only thing missing from this version is the bagpipes. Other than that it's pitch perfect. Aussie Lee Kernaghan sounds more authentically country than most American country stars these days.
