Yes he used HGH like 3 IU a day during off season. He said that insulin never worked for him but of course he was using growth every bodybuilder does

3IU is nothing as far dosages go. I know guys in their 60s that take 4IU a day just for general health with their TRT. Bodybuilders have been known to take 20IU a day.

Great arms but it doesnt really matter how he trained them. Genetics for them,very short and on gear will get you big looking arms. Never fails.

Being short has absolutely nothing to do with superior genetics! Lee had arguably the best arms calves in the IFBB at 20 years old! Yes gear does play a role but they’re given too much credit. Genetics, diet and training hard is key! U can take all the roids u want and still look like shit! Gear cannot replace poor genetics!
