Is the Steve Strong that Lee is referring to the guy who was a pro wrestler? That guy's name is Steve Disalvo. He used to wrestle in Montreal in 1980s and trained at the Gold's I worked at. I know he used to wrestle tag team with Ric Drasin in South California so that places him there at the right time. He dated this tall blonde who worked at our gym and she said Steve had artistic talent. Haven't heard the name Steve Strong in 35yrs.

@@dontreadmyname4396 Not to be mean but do you even lift? Your question is the question of a novice, a noob..have you heard of to and past failure? Forced reps? The purpose of reps? When you curl, you obviosly choose a weight you can handle, you do your reps, pauze , then , second set , you go heavier for the same amount of reps..Your third set or last set should be done tlll failure or past failure .So its not so much about the weight, its about performing the exercise correctly to force growth..

@@michelrood2966 dude, u don't even know what i was asking, you are the noob lol some people say 4x12 and they do 1 working set to failure at the end and the other 3 are warmups, other people do 4 straight sets with the hard weight and they all are close to failure or to failure, there is a big difference between both situations, this is what i'm asking you can also pick a weight that is moderate and do a bunch of straight sets but only the last ones get hard due to the fatigue building up each set, that's another situation
