Brother, you are the most legit and underrated "fitness" guru on KZbin. "Fitness" does not come close to expressing what you do and the wisdom you have, but in terms of demographics on KZbin, this is why I used it.

💯 take solitude to get it all done with no compromise. I am affiliated with 2 rugby teams and I’ve had to no show for most of the season- to get my body back in order which is a let down for my teams but I’m no use to anybody if my body is broken.

Oh, I see so you have to have money to be able to afford to support yourself but not have a job. They get you up at four in the morning so you can afford to eat and have housing. Oh yes, and I have a wife who is reliant on me for the food, housing and everything else!!! Forgive me I just don’t know how to do this without the financing it’s not that I wouldn’t love to join and do the workouts with you every day. It’s just that I don’t know how to live without money which pays for food, housing and everything else.

You gotta look at it as a long term investment, like paying for collage or a house. Lifetime payoffs don't come cheap. It's all about how bad you want it. I don't have a lot of money. But if I did, I'd do it.

Something is better than nothing. I balance working as a pedagouge, coming home and beign a parents, creating weekly martial arts KZbin videos (not a sustainable living for me, just pocket change, I do it to inspire and entertain)... and yet, besides, maintaining my physique with standard fitness 4-5 times a week (at the most 46 minute workouts, often just 20 minute ones)... I've learned a lot of parkour on my own, as well as some breakdancing.... and i'm maintianing the martial arts skills I learned back when I was able to attend classes.,.. Like, when I need something from the fridgre, or to go to the bathroom, I'll do cartwheels animal crawl and parkour to get there a lot of the time.... that helps me hone my skillset... if I could train at Powerbatics or something like it, it'd hugely accelerate my progresss... but somehting is better than nothing and over months and years it adds up to a lot.... over decades it adds up even further. :) Off to hit the gym now, hope that helps, talk later :)
