@HowardEliteBasketball8 жыл бұрын
The best way to get better at full speed layups is to practice full speed. For example, most people just practice casual layups; they jog to the basket. But the more you practice while actually going fast while laying up the quicker you will develop touch off the glass. this will help you execute a full speed layup.

Take your first step off the dribble with your left leg, pick the ball up and take two steps and score. That will make you jump off your off leg and finish with your off hand. Most right handed people jump off left leg and finish with right hand. Left handers jump off right leg and finish with left hand
@ballistic88867 жыл бұрын
Do the same exact thing in the video but with your right hand.

Wild Cat Work on your athleticism so you can keep up with the smaller guards. Use your height to your advantage by bullying them in the post or whatever. It's important to have decent handles as smaller defenders can pick pocket you.
@Napkinss8 жыл бұрын
Wild Cat you should use your height to your advantage and be in the key Getting rebounds and putting them back in the basket
@twixotic39938 жыл бұрын
Wild Cat Think like Cam. You'll be able to see over most, so learn how to pass into traffic, since it'll be easier for you. you need decent at best handles, and a okay shot from mid-range. be able to keep up with smaller guards, and give them no room to pass, wrap em like a Christmas present.
