The best way to get better at full speed layups is to practice full speed. For example, most people just practice casual layups; they jog to the basket. But the more you practice while actually going fast while laying up the quicker you will develop touch off the glass. this will help you execute a full speed layup.

Take your first step off the dribble with your left leg, pick the ball up and take two steps and score. That will make you jump off your off leg and finish with your off hand. Most right handed people jump off left leg and finish with right hand. Left handers jump off right leg and finish with left hand

Wild Cat Work on your athleticism so you can keep up with the smaller guards. Use your height to your advantage by bullying them in the post or whatever. It's important to have decent handles as smaller defenders can pick pocket you.

Wild Cat Think like Cam. You'll be able to see over most, so learn how to pass into traffic, since it'll be easier for you. you need decent at best handles, and a okay shot from mid-range. be able to keep up with smaller guards, and give them no room to pass, wrap em like a Christmas present.

Hey, coach. I play basketball. I am 5'3 and normally play shooting guard or low post. Do you have any tips or tricks to help in any way? Also, do you have a video or can you make one about good workouts for basketball. thanks and you just earned a sub!

I shoot with my left hand, a layup with my right, dribble with my right, play tennis with the left hand, and I catch and throw with my right. Also, I write with my left. Please tell me if this is abnormal.

I'm not as tall as some of the players I play against. I like to drive a lot but it's sometimes hard to get around players then drive. Can you make a video about guarding people taller than you and how to get around them and driving while scoring

Coach, we dont have a ring or a court in our neighborhood and the only place i can practice is in our school but its summer so our school is closed so can you find a way or know a way to practice my layups at homes. I know it sounds ridiculous but everything is possible right?
