I love experimenting with different meals and dishes of all kinds. That made my mouth water. Easy too and really good for left over ham, good for breakfast too. Yum!

Yes, it would be good for breakfast too! There is still a lot left for ham sliders for lunches, and another dinner, so. I wanted something a little different to break things up. Hope you have an absolutely wonderful New Year Jackie!

Left over this and that always makes a good redo meal. The only problem is once you make a good one you can't repeat it because you never have the same left overs or same amounts left over.. Looks real good, and I love your apron.
