Ham and Potato Casserole Ingredients:
2½ lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 cups cubed ham
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chives, chopped, for garnish

We would recommend cooking the potatoes in advance. You can absolutely assemble it all the night before and then bake on the day you'll be serving it. Hope you and your guests enjoy it! It's one of our favorites!
