Thanks a lot for posting! I have the same issue where my leg is only short when i sit up, and my hips have felt crooked to me since i developed hamstring tendonitis in the longer leg about 2 years ago.. Do you have any other recommendations for stretches or exercises i should do for the shorter leg? Thanks again.

you should focus on strengthening the hip flexors in your shorter leg and the hip extensors in your longer leg while stretching the opposing muscle group in each leg!

you can order it or you can start working on hip flexor strengthening in your shorter leg and hip extensor strengthening in your longer leg while stretching the opposing muscle in each leg (left stretch hip extensors and hamstrings right stretch hip flexors). Can a person live with leg length discrepancy of 1.5 inches...what I need to do..I have back pain

Yes of course, a lot of people live with a leg length discrepancy. But it would be good to understand the cause of it; were you born with it? Or did it happen recently? If it happened recently and not due to an acute injury then most likely your pelvis is rotated on one side and you need to get it adjusted and or do different strengthening exercises to get it back into its normal position.

Hii neha...i have got the same 1.5 inches lld..i prefer h to use special soles from the shape crunch.. they helped me a lot it also improved my walking posture
