Not only are we telling you that Richard Allen is completely innocent, but we are telling you exactly who the true killers are. Meanwhile, they are free, living their best lives. Who we truly need to thank is the investigative efforts of three distinguished law enforcement officers: Kevin Murphy, Todd Click, and the late Greg Ferency. When their investigation surfaced in the infamous 136-page memorandum, it changed everything, casting new light on the case and giving a motive where none had existed before. The response from authorities like Superintendent Doug Carter, Lieutenant Jerry Holeman, and Judge Frances Gull reveals just how deeply they despise defense attorneys Baldwin and Rozzi for exposing these uncomfortable truths. Their hostility toward these attorneys even outweighs their disdain for the alleged child murderer himself. This response alone speaks volumes. While the true killers roam free, Richard Allen remains incarcerated, fighting for his innocence in what has become the battle of his life. He did exactly what authorities encourage us to do when they say, “See something, say something.” Yet he ended up in prison for it, facing conditions meant to break him. His pre-trial detention in a maximum-security prison-typically reserved for society’s most dangerous-was nothing more than a calculated attempt to shatter him, and sadly, it succeeded. Richard Allen, already suffering from depression and anxiety, was paraded through the prison, naked, humiliated with a dog collar around his neck, mocked by inmates, and abused by guards known to wear Odinist symbols. These guards, many of whom are reportedly huge, intimidating figures, easily overpowered Allen, a smaller man at 5’4”. Rather than administering his usual medication, they injected him with haloperidol, a powerful antipsychotic, which does nothing for depression but creates symptoms that mimic severe psychosis. Adding to the torment, they allegedly tainted his food with methamphetamines, leaving him sleepless, malnourished, and acting out of character, even to the point of visible distress, and masturbating on camera. This drug-induced psychosis was a temporary episode, one he might come out of and regain awareness after days, weeks, or even months. The Richard Allen his wife Kathy saw on those tapes was someone she never recognized before, and the pain of watching him in this state is unimaginable. Baldwin and Rozzi, Allen’s attorneys, are the true heroes here. When they learned of his mistreatment in Westville, they took immediate action, exposing the inhumane conditions, which forced the guards to change their tactics. That intervention likely saved Richard Allen’s life, as he had deteriorated severely-emaciated, delusional, and quickly losing touch with reality. The second set of heroes is Kevin Murphy, Todd Click, and Greg Ferency, whose investigation pointed to a group of suspects wholly unrelated to Richard Allen. Until Allen’s wrongful imprisonment is corrected, there can be no justice for Abby and Libby, as their real killers continue to walk free. The jurors in this case are perceptive and serious about their duty. They are asking the tough questions, and it’s becoming painfully clear that the man charged with killing Abby and Libby is simply not the killer. The case has been marred by prosecutorial and judicial misconduct from the outset, which anyone paying close attention can recognize. Richard Allen has been clearly, "Shawshanked" and the Jurors are simply not gonna fall for "the banana in the tail pipe." The most disturbing element of this cover-up involves Carroll County Sheriff Tony Liggett, who has been involved in the case since day one. Liggett was aware of the “fruit of the poisonous tree” doctrine, knowing it could leave the case technically solved but officially unresolved. Yet, seeing an opportunity with the upcoming election and his standing in the polls, he chose to exploit the case for his own benefit. He genuinely believed he could get away with it, but instead, he opened Pandora’s box. Liggett’s reputation speaks for itself, as locals know him well-a man with limited education, rumored to be associated with meth use, bar games, and tool-cleaning sessions at his trailer park. The state’s “smoking guns” in the case are two flimsy pieces of evidence: a van and an unspent bullet, neither of which appeared in the probable cause affidavit that led to Allen’s arrest. This affidavit is supposed to be the foundation of the case, not a scavenger hunt to support a narrative. By law, a case should have enough solid evidence to convict an individual at the time of arrest, yet this case clearly does not. The assumption that Richard Allen is guilty is laughable, given the blatant lack of evidence and the glaringly obvious misconduct at play. Saying Rick is the killer is compared to someone saying that Jeffrey Dahmer was wrongfully convicted. Allen has been treated as though he is guilty with no regard for his rights or humanity. Law enforcement has misled the public since day one, assuming no one would question their actions. But now, with the truth surfacing, they have a lot of explaining to do, especially for exploiting Abby and Libby’s names without seeking true justice for them. Disturbingly, even the victims’ families seem complicit in promoting the state’s narrative. Becky Patty publicly named a suspect while the girls were still missing-a name the defense team has been barred from even mentioning. The family’s consistent public praise for law enforcement over the years is perplexing, given the unresolved nature of the case. Their public endorsements, alongside the creation of a million-dollar memorial park, suggest a level of closure that seems unjustified if justice has yet to be served. The coming revelations will not only implicate numerous law enforcement agencies and public officials but also expose members of the victims’ families who have worked to shield the authorities from scrutiny. This is a story of too many “chiefs” and not enough “Indians,” and as the truth comes to light, it remains to be seen who will betray whom first. Abby, Libby, and Richard Allen all deserve far better than the system has provided.

Do people actually believe a sane person would eat his own feces? In what scenario would anyone do that? (And yes, I remember Divine eating dog poop in the John Waters movie, and that wasn’t a substitute-it was real.)
@superjaded17382 ай бұрын
There can be several reasons why someone eats or plays with their feces. Dementia comes straight to mind. It’s not far fetched that a 50 yr old has early stages of dementia if he’s known to abuse alcohol. Institutionalized boredom. My personal take on bridge guy is that he’s a psychopath. Psychopaths require constant stimulation. If there’s not enough happening around them, they will make it happen. I think he’s prolly manipulative & deceiving. He prolly had his moment of Clarity in prison after he sobered up. His confessions seem to be lucid for someone supposedly in a psychotic break from reality.

I think by trying to disprove the validity of the confessions, what they have actually done is shown that he can have psychosis episodes and has the type of mental illnesses that can harm himself or others. It’s an own goal for me.

@@auntijen3781his never been held in a confined space for 13 months and monitored 24/7 has he? They have brung the psychosis out of him by being told everyday and every second “ your a worthless kid killer “ while already suffering anxiety and depression always worried about how others see him and his always done things to make others happy before himself! Ofcourse his gonna have a break down eventually in his psychotic mind saying he did it will release him from the torture and he believes he has no one anymore because ppl really think he done it so he feels alone anyway so why not spend the rest of his life in prison alone.
