If your QB is moving when you throw, there’s a higher chance of a bad throw. Like throwing off your back foot in real life. A mobile QB (SPD 85+) can do it better.

Also, you chose a FB run on that first run play. FBs generally are slower than HBs. You have to learn the formations and plays better in order to string the offense together.
