I’m 22 now and I can remember desperately wanting this Gameboy as a 6 year old boy. And I can also remember pulling it from my stocking on Christmas morning of 06. I was the happiest kid on the planet! Thanks TheRelaxingEnd for letting me relive that!

I think the Game Boy Advance SP (Venusaur Edition) was probably made for the release of Pokémon Fire Red/Leaf Green Game Boy Advance remakes in 2004 of the original 1996 Red/Green Game Boy games, it's beautiful! The limited GBASP (Pikachu Edition) exclusive to Toys "R" Us (R.I.P.) is probably my favorite one shown here, it's just so cute!

Stuff like this makes me really wish I had gotten these editions. I used to not think too much about them, thought they were cool but buying a new console just for another aesthetic was but a dream and a luxury I never had. Always wished I could've had one for when I was younger, then one to open again when I'm older. So I'm glad this video was made to at least enjoy that.

oh my god, I remember on a christmas morning probably like 2006, my sister and I opened up a bright yellow pikachu gameboy and then I opened up Pokemon Sapphire and she opened up Pokemon Ruby, that gameboy and Pokemon Sapphire made my childhood. Edit: on another note my parents realized that they made a terrible mistake getting only one gameboy so they ended up buying another grey one for my sister's birthday that came shortly after lol
