I don't know if this is just me bullshitery but if I recall correctly, the sword kinda destroys the bullet, making it fly through pieces across an arc that's relatively safe And the technique isn't that unbelievable either, since he knows where the bullet is coming from, he moves before it is even shot, got it?

Their bodies don't have to wait for signals to travel through neurons, virtual limbs move the second the synapses fire (well, I'd imagine that this part depends on your stats). So without the weakness of having to deal with a human body, the rest lies up to your reaction speed. And Kirito has the second (third? fourth? There's Yuuki, Gabriel and Quinella now) highest reaction speed out of everyone. By the way, Asuna did the same thing in the third season, and presumably many others like Heathcliff and Vassago would be able to do it.

Obviously SAO doesn't really utilize Ranks like 'S' or 'E' so much as other anime, and if you're trying to avoid copyright, sure title the video like [literally] every other channel is doing these days, it's for the algorithm and not a big deal, the content was actually even good, but this comment by your channel seems at best a waste of time and at worst condescending.
