Awesome to hear. I have been from nc to cali and back. Then to key west and back and then sturgis and back on these and I love them

I agree they should be the first upgrade for a new bagger.

Super easy install man. Just take your time with adjustments and you will love it.

Thx for the review. Based upon your feedback and other research, I just ordered the REVO A from a small shop. They quoted me $785 vs $925 on the Legend website. My only concern is the 13” shock since I am only 5’7”. Fingers crossed I can still touch the ground as it says I should have an inch of sag.
@wretchednation35572 жыл бұрын
Yeah that’s a great price. Good on you for going local. And yes 12 will sit at 11.5 and 13 should sit at 12 so I think your gonna be ok

Hit my threads with a little penetrating oil. Made them really easy to adjust. These shocks and a Lapera seat and she's a coast to coaster. Cant wait to do the front springs!

I know it's stupid to pay $40K for a top bagger and get shitty suspension, but that being said, YES, LEGENDS will change your life in riding. They are awesome! I was considering trading in my '21 Ultra Limited for a BMW with automatic suspension but went with the Legends first and now I will keep my Harley! 'Nuff said!

Just put the revo a's on and they are well worth the money. Having those on certainly showed me how bad the front suspension is so I got the axeos for the front and gettting them installed next week. Can't wait!! Living with the stock suspension for 12 years now and it is pure garbage. It's going in the trash.
@wretchednation35573 жыл бұрын
Hell yeah. Don’t forget take everything off that’s says Harley then your good to go lol

Do you add any preload to the shocks when riding with a passenger? I have not taken my wife on the bike since the new shocks and just curious what you do.
@wretchednation35573 жыл бұрын
@@slim_pickins6393 if its not a long trip i dont worry about it but i keep the shocks a little stiff for my liking that way when she gets on its not super soft.

I think they are pretty close to the same setup.

They are very good shocks, I have the Revo Arcs for my Road Glide. What Legend doesn't have is a phone, if you need help you can send an email and wait a week.

I did have some questions and it was weird to find out there was no phone number. My email was answered though in 24hrs

I just ordered the same shock for my 21 SG. Im almost 300 lbs and my girlfriend at 250 so looking forward on not bottoming out again plus i added a king size tour pack with speakers. Im sure I'll be putting Axeo in the front.

Awesome definitely let me know how you like them
@jeffuda36388 ай бұрын
@wretchednation3557 I sure will. I gave the progressive 412 a try which was a heavy duty shock and it bottomed out with just me on it without tour pack.

I set the 1 inch sag and it felt awesome just by sitting on the bike so I took it for a test ride,awesome shocks so I put the tour pack on and had my girlfriend on the back without even messing with the springs,it rode awesome and she loved the way it rides now but I'll eventually adjust the sag for 2 up just for an experiment.

Never get heavy springs, they ride very rough!!!!

Mine ride good. All about setup
@raydelfa11252 жыл бұрын
Try the regular springs, they ride way better. Unless your 250 and your passenger is 250 and thats how you ride every day. Trust me they don't ride good, way too stiff.
@wretchednation35572 жыл бұрын
@@raydelfa1125 I’m 275 and ride two up like 50/50. With a simple preload change it feels pretty good. Not bad enough to change out the springs

@wretchednation35578 ай бұрын
No it actually raised the bike 1 inch. This bike stock comes with 12" shocks I put 13" on there. They do make 11" shocks

@@JoeQuintana-wo2ss I'm not 100% sure but I believe that bike comes standard with 13" shocks. The legends make 11,12, and 13. Take off your bag and check what the shock says then go from there

I’m gonna tell you one thing buddy you seriously need to do the fronts as well…. You’re only halfway there and you think it gets good now it gets a whole lot better when you do the front. No more front end dive, makes that bike dance like Fred Estaire…..
