That's an interestig take on Chandra, but I think it's not the best way to approach it. In the end Chandra is nothing but a glorified mana rock. She works best with 5 CMC spells in particular. I used a burn deck with 4 Goldspawn Dragons, 4 Burn Down the House and 4 Adversaries (to copy burn spells), and it worked really well in BO3 (I even got 7 wins in metagame challenge). Magic Missile is a secret MVP, as it's the only spell in the game that cleanly deals with Lolth (can kill Lolth and both spiders in one go, great vs mono white too). The 3 mana deal 2 create a treasure is also decent, even though it's a worse prismari command, but it helps to ramp into 5 drops too. Finally, learn burn spells is pretty nice too, can cast it turn 3, then cast turn 4 Chandra and get yourself 5th land by casting sciences. Though admittedly Chandra simply isn't great vs creature decks.

Red in standard really needs a good triple red and double red card, comparable to Old growth troll and werewolf commander to push mono red into the format. Otherwise it is almost always better to splash into other colors for the extra value that red needs. There is just not that many powerful mono-red pieces that synergize together well, or offer the significate counter-play necessary to build a well-rounded competitive deck.
