I'm so happy to finally see a miniature painter use scale modelling techniques. There's way too many mini painters out there, who've never been introduced to the awesome things that have been in use for decades. From simply things like micro sol/set for decals, to to advanced artist oil "dotting" for weathering the grime, grease and algae that build up and run down armour plates. Thank you!

That's awesome! I went with colour scheme and background. As a game theres really only a handful of traits/wargear etc that are a bit OTT so you can feel confident that you'll be in any game you play, regardless of your Legio choice.

Exactly the same way. Either lighter grey or metals and the saem oils you would use for the rest of the dirt. Just because it won't show up as much doesn't mean it would be a different dirt colour.

Hi guys, quick question. When you are using the gloss varnish through the airbrush. Are you thinning it at all or do you use it neat?

Thinned with airbrush thinner. Spraying at 25psi we thin the vallejo polyurethane gloss 3 parts thinner to paint.
