legitimation in GA absolutely needs to be taken out the law books. There are NO noticed in Hospitals about this unNecessary extra step to have rights to your child. The Signing of the birth certificate should be good enough. As it is In pretty much all US states.

Agreed going through this bs right now, can't believe how ignorant this law is my son was born in NY we moved to ga now she's trying to run away with my kid and georgia not respecting my rights!
