This sounds like a horror movie, I always thought Satan looks very scary but now I know He lives amongst us and uses human beings. Even an animal don't deserve such inhuman treatment. We indeed live in an evil world all in the name of money. Human trafficking is one underrated crime and most painful one. Seeing prostitutes on the streets it's easy to judge them because we're made to believe that it is their choice to sell their bodies little do we know it's out off their will, may the Lord have mercy on them. Exactly. Imagine if you return from even a war-torn neighboring country, whether Cameroon or anywhere; those in Nigeria expect you to vomit money give them, because you are rich. It is a bad mentality when people in Nigeria think every country on earth is better. Meanwhile, smaller countries where govt is not doing much, people there are farming, doing basic things to survive. There are Caribbean countries, Latin American countries, African countries and many places all over the world where life in Nigeria is actually better. Apart from greedy politicians, poverty, etc; greed is the very huge problem in Nigeria, leading to too much insecurity/crime. People are never satisfied with anything. Legit tv What do you guys do to follow up on the journeys of these ladies? It's over a year now since this lady shared her story Is she doing something now? Its important to follow up
@LegitTV4 жыл бұрын
Hi. Thanks for reaching out. She got some funds from a few well meaning Nigerians, and was recently contacted for a training. People also reach out from time to time to say they want to help her. Thanks a lot for being thoughtful.

@@LegitTV thanks for feedback. A follow up video would have made great content. Not just for content purposes but for accountability especially for those who supported her and also to see.if anything has changed for her. These ladies are powerful witnesses of how unnecessary and suicidal it is for young people to undertake those journeys. Your interview of the man from edo. state informs that he set up an association of returnees to educate young Nigerians about the dangers of such journey. Legit tv, you could improve the quality of your interview by asking for their email address or contact details so that people or organisations that wish to reach out to support their work can do so effortlessly.

@@diasporavoice8641 thanks a lot for your advice. We always have their contact details, that's how we reach out in the first place. But we don't throw it around, because from experience, many people really don't want to help. So, we always put our correspondent's contact here, to speak these helpers and share contacts with those who truly want to help. About shooting a feedback video, we've done this before, especially when the amount was substantial. In Funmi's case, the person sending wanted an instant sending and the other amounts she got weren't as substantial. We have some feedback videos out here too. But in all, we sincerely appreciate your advice and hope to see more of you around. Cheers 🥂

That's the mistake we do. Child need to know and matured so they can do right choices. Ignorance is a sickness. A deadly sickness.

I pray for my African brothers and sisters to understand what racism really is. These people are wicked. This is just as bad or worse than the poverty that drove them from their country.
@true45852 жыл бұрын
They seem to think that racism is some small thing. Africans don’t seem to realize that other people around the world do not like black people that you are not even considered human that they will treat you like anything like trash garbage that is how they see you as a black that is what racism is. I don’t know why they cannot seem to wrap their head around if they think it’s a small thing they don’t understand how they will be treated in every day life everywhere they go.
