I'm not sure if you've watched How I Met Your Mother, but in the show, every Halloween they have a costume party on the roof of their building, it would make a great custom build, still be relevant to the Sitcom theme and also be a great opportunity to include some uniquely dressed figures.

If you buy more floors, note that in The Big Bang Theory the two apartments are 4A&B, so it would be great to add the Seinfeld and HIMYM ones between it and the central perk

I read on rebrickable that with all the pieces together works out over £500! It's fantastic looking bit when you get the Assembly square 4000+ pieces for £180, I cant justify building this unfortunately

Awesome looking build. I see that the designer created separate options for floors, so personally I would construct a Friends/Seinfeld/HIMYM building, leaving out Big Bang Theory, since the 1st 3 shows are set in NYC but TBBT is LA.

Hard to say. It would depend on how many of the additional parts you have on hand (approximately 1500). I believe all of the parts would be about $500 in addition to the sets you need.

There were actually two apartments from Friends and they were across the hall from each other. Seinfeld was also located in NYC but Big Bang Theory was in California so how would they all be in the same building?
