haha, absolutely! :D When I was doing jump squats after million squats there were before...just in my head ...oh no, no, no, no more time! And was preparing for another round :D haha, we didn't get it :D

Heather, this workout was FIRE. The second circuit in particular, made me see stars and it completely pulverized my butt! I certainly know which workout to re-visit when I want to blast my lower body. I loved the no-rest concept--what an amazing way to keep the body challenged! LOVE YOU.

LOVE these workouts! 1) it's for the booty and glutes are my favorite to work 2) the burn these give sticking with the same leg for a whole circuit 3) no repeats keeps me guessing and excited for the next movement

This is the first video I’ve ever done of yours. I needed a “no equipment” lower body workout (I’m on an extended work trip for 7 weeks and don’t have my dumbbells with me 😭😭) that actually was challenging and this delivered exactly that. I will now be a subscriber of yours for sure. Thank you for also doing a legitimate cool down/stretch. So many instructors fly thru a cool down and you actually took the time to do a proper stretch. I did this after a 30 minute leg workout with weights and Oh my God. I love weights but my hands hurt after a while, even with gloves. Also, this type of workout works you in different ways. I loved this!!

Wow - loved this! No rest between made the time fly although some transitions (like squat to glute bridges) were somewhat less than graceful on my part. Would love more of these no repeats with no rest between - love workouts that target legs and glutes ... maybe just add in abs too? :) Edit: Loved this so much I did it again today but there were no wall squats so I have no idea why I did some last week haha. Love the post workout jelly legs.

Oh my! No joke leg day workout for sure. I think tomorrow I will focus on my upper body because my legs will still be feelin' this one. Loved the no repeats, even when it meant holds/pulses with NO REST! Paired it with a LI Cardio & Legs to really feel the fire. Stretching will be my friend...
