This is one of my favourite leg workouts. I luv the 3 sets divided by short rests, 35 minute workout with warm up and stretching. I keep coming back to this one for the format, the length of the sets and how good I feel after it’s done! Thank you again Heather!!

What I noticed when I do your workouts, Heather, first I check how long it is. This allows me to block the time ahead. But as I start it, the time flies so fast! I really enjoy that. Thank you again and again!

I enjoyed how each set felt like I was focusing more on proper form. Although it’s a ‘No Repeat’ workout, I didn’t feel rushed and I felt the burn! I’m loving my monthly calendar workouts with Heather!! Sign up if you haven’t already!

Hi Heather, thank you so much for the dedication you put in each of your workouts. Would you do some more killer total body HIIT workout with no equipment, please? I finished the 12 weeks challenge and then moved on to the monthly calendar right after .. I love both

I usually make excuses with leg workouts. Not feeling like it today/feeling tired/mask it with a full body workout. BUT THIS LEG WORKOUT IS PERFECT. I’m really excited to say I LOVE this one!! HEATHER YOU’RE THE BEST. 💕💕💕

Another great one.Used my 10and 12kgs but for for the side lunge only 7.5kg cos I tweaked an inner thigh muscle a bit last week,Enjoy the weekend. Thanks Heather!!!

Done. I really enjoyed it. And i found a new use for my ARENA STRENGTH MINI BANDS. THE JUMPING EXERCISES I WORE THE GRAY BAND AROUND MY BUST. MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE

Love 💕 💕 💕 awesome. 3 circuits 5 moves each ? 🤔 HR 157 Calories almost 200. My legs are on 🔥. Now for toning and strength upper body workout. Thanks Heather half way to finish my workout today.

I can't do any jumping exercises so the 20s break gave me enough time to modify, so thanks - another great workout!!!

Awesome. Leg days are alway so intimidating for me but this was great. Kept heart rate up could complete each move, feel the burn, but not with over exertion. I used 15lbs, 10lbs (held both for some moves to get 20lbs) and an 8 for donkey kicks. Just a great workout. Now for a walk to reflect on the journey.
