My mother's uterus was removed 2 yrs back when her weight was 98, but after watching your vedios she reduced 18 kgs in home itself. So plz suggest some exercises for fat cutting and diet plan her wieght is 80 kg,height is 156 cnmtrs and fat is 45%

Make a video on every machine, how to use them, i have gym excess but i don’t go there, too shy i don’t know how to use machines, today figured out a way at home, used my marble rootie chakla board. And milk bottles filled with water as weights 🙈

both ladies are slim they can easily do these exercises. because theor body is toned but a lady like me have 80 kg wait could not do easily .please make a video on healthy lady i mean beigner and their exercise .spl healty people cannot do plank squat lunges burpees becoz of their over weight .so sunny ji healthy lokka laee starting ch kuj halki exercises dsso jo oh kr sakn. and thankx mn 2 month to follow kr rahi or mne 2 kg wait kmm kiha hai im a big fan of you .thankx a lot .

Please try forward bending while holding dumbells in both your hand but remember your back should be straight and knees should bend a little while bending.

nothing like that.even fat people can do it.its just that you have to start with less repititions and less weight and build up your stamina initially.start with just 5 squats or 10 squats and increase gradually and when you have build up your stamina doing squats you can start using barbells.That is how I started when i used to be overweight.
