Jas Gill You can do dumbbell rows with light weight dumbbells. Within 3 weeks it will shred 70% of your upper back fat. Also try to do some chinups or lat pull downs if you can.

if you start eating more then obviously you will put on weight. Usually what happens is that when people quit working out they eat more than they were eating before joining the gym and hence put on more weight than they had before.
