For real?? Have you ever done any sport beside youtubeing? Any type of kids warming up is more sophisticated than this… Ido was once a great sportsman and bodywork practitioner but now more and more I see just crazy followers not seeing that actually fog is nothing else but air with water droplets. If they see Ido standing still on his toes they believe the’ve seen the utmost acrobat parkour in the history of not only homo sapiens but neanderthalensis and other hominides too.

He's just having a good time. and he is using the skills he has learned and his imagination. Everybody stop being so overconcerned with what other people think or looking weird just move. Have fun.

this is sort of "true detective" setting. There is that human in all his abilities moving very beautiful on a concrete floor. In the background you can see humans endeavour to find its place in this world. It doesn´t look in any way coherent in contrast to this fellow human. Oh and I feel like he wants to make flips and whatelse but there are limits we will never accept thus we are in the mess we are facing.

When I found in capoeira the artistry to develop my martial arts like chemistry it was always a dream to fulfil for me to develop a leg practice like tai chi. Benguela and capoeira de angola are like breakdance a pike of inspiring another to fluent and stabile moves in any water, the dream still exist in me, corestrength is the matter. Real kungfu, the truth of mind follows body, reaction follows action, always be ready. Heartly and partly motivate us to be free, to realize the work needed 👉🏼for real activity 🐒☯️🐉

I see it too as cringe worthy but moving like this daily has lots of benefit health wise But aside from that it seems cultural inappropriate and one might end up in a closed psychiatry

@Alwaysmoving18 ай бұрын
If you cared to learn about yourself, psychologically you'd find that you feeling cringe is because you're insecure about yourself among other things... what a sad life that you're soo attached to your ego that anyone using creative expression makes you uncomfortable
