@@Uploadedimages I liked a lot of songs of theirs, name anything from "Divine discontent" (Especially the Melody of you, A million Parachutes, Breath your name, Down and out of time....). Sixpence had their style, and made good music, no more no less than many other good bands from then. In my opinion, they just made too few compromises to be offered a good push after their most famous album.

The song "Kiss Me" in late 1990's touched my heart with its beauty, sweetness, the film clip made me cry at times-the innocence, the lack of manipulation, the honesty. Her beauty (inner and outer) corresponds to the song. Thank You so much.

I actually met Leigh and the boys when they played a little outside gig at the student center at UTC in the early 90s. They sang mostly faith stuff but I was stunned by their sound. There couldn't have been more than a handful of folks watching them. After they finished, I got to speak with them briefly and awkwardly compared her/them to October Project (face palm).she was very gracious and charming.

I have heard so many beautiful songs and only later did I learn it was Leigh. She is so talented that she can just shift into a totally different genre and still do the music justice and then some. Sixpence was of course where I first discovered her, but her work with Fauxliage, Conjure One and Delerium hold equally beloved places on my playlists.

Been a huge fan for over 20 years. Was so lucky to meet her before their show in a high school gym/auditorium. She was the sweetest thing... She hasn't changed that humble, down to earth way one bit. Actually just looked up her net worth...🤯 Rush is my all time favorite and not one of the members is even close to her 🤯

I enjoyed this interview so much. And I'm Bono's age. So, older than Leigh. But I'm from Idaho and have three daughters so I understand the importance of singing Leigh Nash songs, the Chicks and the Eagles too. Just to explain, when you live in the western US, you have lots of long road trip vacations in a car and need to do singalongs. So, I've sang along with Leigh many miles. Not sure if this is how it's done east of the Mississippi.
