After all we have only that to go off of. Human psychology is a uhh... Yanno you can just fillet the ribs off of the fillets. My Dads been doing it as long as i been alive. Save some meat. Start at the top of the rib get the knife under the rib bones and just fillet them off! 😁

Certain fish are to the inside fork of the tail and others are the tail end of the tail like these. Just have to know the regulations for the fish your trying to keep.
