Very impressive machine. Temperature taken at the right place and pressure gauges. PID controller (it stands for Proportional, Integral, Derivative controller) this gives you the most precise control with the fastest recovery.

Hi Flu. Unfortunately that grinder was sold so I cannot check but it really will depend on the bean you use . The . micro adjustments are fairly easy and once you get it for one bean, you may have to adjust for another.

The profiled shot looks thin. You never tasted the shots. People looking at the Bianca already are into coffee. So some more depth and precise info would be appreciated.

That pressure profile shot @2-3 bar 10-15 seconds then @9-10bar 30-40 seconds after that drop to 6 bar, that shot was never at 9 or 10 bar! Only at 6bar after long 2bar stay.. lelit can do better I think.

Hi Rizwan. This was a "one take" shot of Hind's recipe showing the flexibility of what you can do with the pressure. Yes you can get to 9 and adjust yourself to your preference.:)

You're absolutely right. The magic about this machine is that it shows you the real time pressure in the brew chamber itself, not just the pump pressure. Based on that extraction, you can tell that the grind is too coarse to even achieve the desired 9 bars of pressure. You can also see from her reaction that she knew something was not right, during the time where she was about to lower the pressure. But knowing she was being filmed, she had to go through with the motion. What I don't like is how the male host so pretentiously commented "that's good actually" at the end after he took one brief sip. The lady knew exactly what went wrong but she didn't have the chance to troubleshoot it anyway since film is running.

@@Andy-ux3ge The male host was irking me the entire way through the video. His knowledge is obviously extremely lacking compared to her and he was trying to get way too involved when instead he should have let her do her thing
