I agree. I listened to both subbed and dubbed Lelouch. Subbed Lelouch actually varied his tone in a way that I could tell when he was trying to be himself, or trying to be Zero, kinda like the way Batman sounds edgy while Bruce Wayne sounds friendly, if you get my gist. Dubbed Lelouch just sounded the same throughout to my ears, with no variation in tone between Zero and himself, to the point that I often wondered what kind of idiot anyone would have to be for not realizing that Lelouch is Zero. The best example I can muster is the shower-phone scene with Kallen. When dubbed Zero spoke on the phone right after dubbed Lelouch spoke, I felt like Kallen should have recognized both voices as the same.

I have a theory. Since Lelouch used his Geass on the Collective Unconscious, which is an aspect of God himself as well as a link between worlds if Persona has the same thing as believed, and thus has the power Supreme Voice in a sense; it's in my belief that Lelouch can use his Geass on man made and god made concepts as well, such as time, matter, and energy, and is therefore more powerful than persona users such as Minato and Joker; and can maybe even take on Ichigo and Aizen respectively.

You're missing one catch; Light would need to see the entire face, if he got the eyes in the first place (he was always against it) but Lelouch only needs to see the enemy's eyes. Therefore, he does have a slight advantage. He could obscure most of his face with his Zero mask and use his Geass to kill Light.
