It won't work as a 1 for one sub here, but you adapt this recipe to use lemon juice instead of orange and blueberries instead of cranberry: feastingonfruit.com/category/diet/fruit-sweetened/

I used a gluten-free all purpose, that's what I would recommend. Oat flour would require a little more tweaking

You would have to add gluten free arrowroot flour or tapioca starch as a binder to it.
