Zucchini Noodles with Baked Salmon
1 - 1 ¼ cups spiralized zucchini (1 medium zucchini per person)
2 cups grape tomatoes
3 oz salmon filet, skin removed, per person
½ tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
