Pasquale, you remind me of how my mother taught me to cook. She was from Czechoslovakia/ Now Slovakia, and used terms like “wipe it nice” and “this makes it nice.” I so appreciate the way you describe what you’re doing-easily understandable directions-you impress with the food you make - and it’s easy to see you have a passion for your cooking. Your videos use to take up my entire computer screen. Lately it comes through as a strip of film. You need to change the camera or change the cameraman. I no longer enjoy watching your videos becaue of this.
