Is the butter salted or unsalted for the lobster tails?

As a general rule of thumb it is best to use Unsalted butter because it makes it easier to adjust the salt level later. As a Sous Chef one of the first things I learned is that you absolutely can add salt to your dish and all of a sudden the next thing you know is that there is Too Much Salt in your dish...
