Hi Susannah, i am going to cook a whole chicken in the 15 to 1 at the weekend, it weight about 2k. What do you feel is best steam air fry or steam roast. Also, how much stock would you put in the pot, and time and temp please. Thank you John 😊

@@johnwelsh8737 I prefer steam air fry but I made one using tender-crisp today (pressure cook then air fry) and that’s good too. All work. Have a look at my old vids and see which you may prefer
