My favorite Geo MetroGnome fact is that it lapped Laguna Seca faster than Jeremy Clarkson in a Honda NSX.

This car was the inspiration for the stillborn Charnal House Firebug. After street driving that car, I can't even imagine driving it a full stint on track while suited. These things are loud, HOT, laboring to drive, and the vibration is tuned to a brain wavelength akin to experiencing a battlefield next to a heavy machine gun.

4:37 When they include that bouncing lawn mower clip First time: That's pretty funny Fourth time: Meh 48485828th time: ROFLOL!!! Something else I'd like to see would be more weird Prius conversions, just because that is so against all that the Prius stands for (I say this as a former owner of one). I recall someone once Harley V-Twin swapped a Prius for Lemons, that was pretty good.

@CasualGearheads4 жыл бұрын
I don't think Justy's rear diff can take the power and abuse. Besides, even Justy parts would have to be heavily modified to work with the motorcycle engine. Plus, we have many more Justies in Europe, it's not as common in the 'states.

Though I know they aren't as roll-prone as Clarkson would have us think, it would still be hilarious if it had wheels on the top, or if they just made a running joke the whole day about it flipping over. Good luck finding one in the US though.

@@quillmaurer6563 I dunno, if you stiffened up the suspension, threw on sticky rubber and played with weight distribution a bit like Deltawing - obviously the engine needs to go in the back - you could potentially maybe get something fairly stable. Probably not. :D

I am wondering since you don't value work time at all why are people not building tube frame cars in a Radical SR fashion. The tubes cost nothing, some fibreglass costs nothing and most importantly you can build a very simple car without complicated electronics and stuff. I guess a 100horses motor is pretty fast in a 600pounds car. Isn't that a loophole? I mean all these Metros with engine swaps in the rear, it is basically the concept of the Class-B rally cars but cheap, isn't it?
