There should be either a 2 or 3 at the end of your model number. Double check it and enter it in RepairClinic.com. All the genuine OEM replacement parts will populate for your specific model.

My wheel got jammed on the side of the duct and spun out the core. I'm afraid it stressed the motor even though motor works. AC Company wants $1600 to replace the blower assembly. My unit is 16 years old. How much for a blower assembly R/R? $1600 sounds kind of high.

I was just wondering whether there are any differences in this process across Lennox models. I have a G61MPV, and although the configuration looks similar for the blower assembly anyway, I wanted to know if there was anything else to look for. The cover is different, but that's a minor thing. This video is nice - straightforward, well filmed! Thank you! =)

Just a tip: I had issues getting the fan off of the motor shaft. Avoid hitting the shaft directly with a hammer to prevent mushrooming the shaft. I used penetrating oil on the shaft and actually used a lighter to heat it up slightly then hammered a piece of wood to push the shaft out. The key for me was heating the shaft up.

Just today pulled mine out. Past year was making a rumbling noise and vibrating pretty darn loud, other night was so loud it woke everyone up.. I can't confirm if it was build up (dirt and dust) or that mine has rubber mount bushing where the motor mounts to the blower housing and they were sightly worn so I twisted them 180. It now run and sounds like new..

I have a similar unit maybe a few years older. Two of the three brackets holding the motor up are broken. Can I purchase just the mounting bracket? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
