- olive oil for frying
- any mushrooms 200-270 gr.
- ginger 50 gr.
- garlic 3 cloves
- oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
- water 70 ml.
- sesame oil 1 tsp.
- sesame seeds 1 tsp.
